Because we’re owned and operated by our founder, Dr. Matthew Krieger, a practicing dentist, we’re different from other dental consulting companies. We are one of a kind.
Matthew Krieger, DMD
Matthew Krieger, DMD is a practicing dentist. He is a 1998 Graduate of New Jersey Dental School. He operates a full time solo practice that has generated more than a million in revenue since 2007. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Krieger is the owner and founder of both Symposia CE, and Million Dollar PPO Coaching and Consulting. He has lectured on practice management throughout the United States and is both an author and consultant. Although he is a consultant, his knowledge and experience come from practical application. What he teaches, he uses.

Vicky Moreno
Vicky Moreno has been working in the dental industry for over 20 years. She has extensive knowledge in the clinical and management aspects of a dental practice. As a practice development coach with MDPPO, her knowledge in the field of dentistry and skill in managing dental operations will systematically empower each member of your staff to maximize his or her unique role in the office. Vicky was born and raised in South Texas, where she still resides with her family. Vicky has also worked as a certified Dentrix software trainer and has broad expertise in various dental software programs and products. Through all of this training and experience, she has developed a passion for dentistry and a solid confidence in her ability as a coach.
Lisa Michalek
Lisa Michalek has been active in the dental community for over 30 years and is a fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers. She has first hand experience in private dental practices ranging from dental assisting to office and business administration and was also a beta tester for the Dentrix program. Lisa has a vast knowledge of systems and policies for the dental professional that are easily implemented and produce and exceed expectations. Lisa has been coaching dentists and their TEAM’s for years to reach their highest potential and goals that give their patients the ultimate dental experience that they deserve. Lisa worked with a practice to implement new systems and policies that took that practice from a $125,000 accounts receivable to a negative accounts receivable. Lisa’s approach to coaching is to focus on the positive and what’s working well for a practice and build on those systems to reach the ultimate goal. Her outgoing personality helps her to connect with her clients and their teams to reach their potential and further their successes in dentistry.
Valerie Romero
Valerie Romero began her dental career over 25 years ago. Her career began working in an orthodontic practice and she eventually moved into general dentistry. Throughout her career, Valerie has been instrumental in the success of the practices that she has worked in and managed. As a coach with Million Dollar PPO, her success with our clients is a result of her passion for dentistry and for helping others achieve their full potential. Valerie has a unique gift of connecting with her clients and their teams. Valerie is an active member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers.
Rebecca Elvy
Rebecca Elvy has over 25 years of experience, honing her expertise within the Dental field and the Practices she served. She has worked in various roles throughout the dental office and the larger Dental Community. Her diverse experience has given her a unique perspective and ability to relate well to and understand the individual roles of each Team Member. This translates into a successful cohesion with the Teams she Coaches. She is a member in good standing with and the Vice President of her local Chapter of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). She actively pursues CE to keep up with the pulse of the latest innovations in the Field. Her energy, focus and dedication is evident from the first interaction you and your Team will have with her. Her goal is to energize and empower the Practices she is affiliated with, teaching tangible systems that help guide, stretch and propel them to their highest potential.
